When do angels curse women?

 

It is narrated on the authority of Hadhrat Abu Hurairah (May Allah be well pleased with him), he says that the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) said:  When a man calls his wife to him (for sexual relations) and she refuses without a valid reason and the husband spends the night angry with her, then angels keep cursing that woman until dawn.

 

This is related by both Bukhari and Muslim.

 

There is a similar Hadith in Bukhari and Muslim that the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) said:  By Him who holds My life in His hands!  If a person calls his wife to him (for sexual relations) and she keeps putting him off, then the Lord of all worlds is displeased with her until her husband is pleased with her. 

 

A wife should immediately fulfill her husband’s needs

 

It is narrated on the authority of Hadhrat Talaq bin ‘Ali (May Allah be well pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) said:  When a man calls his wife to him (for the purpose of intercourse), she should immediately come to him even though she might be standing at the Tandoor (no matter how necessary a work she is engaged in).
