<p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;">His name is "Syed Hasan" and his title is "Barahna Shah."<span style=""> </span>The people of Deccan also call him, "<i>Sarmast Deccani</i>".</p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;">He belongs to a Syed family.<span style=""> </span>His native place is Iraq.<span style=""> </span>Initially, he came to Delhi and gave his Ba'yah to Sufi Sarmad (May Allah Ta'ala shower His mercy on him).<span style=""> </span>Hadhrat Sufi Sarmad gave him the cloak of authority i.e. gave him permission to accept and guide disciples.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;"><b>His arrival to Hyderabad:</b></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;">He came to Deccan in the reign of Sultan Abdullah Qutub Shah.<span style=""> </span>He took up residence 4 miles to the east from Hyderabad, where his blessed grave is now.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;"><b>His status:</b></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;">Hadhrat Khwaja Syed Hasan (May Allah Ta'ala shower His mercy on him) was immersed and ecstatic in the love of Allah Ta'ala (<i>Majzub</i>) and a man of miracles.<span style=""> </span>The people would Deccan were extremely devoted to him.<span style=""> </span>They would come to him and benefit through his prayers and through his company.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;"><b>His miracles:</b></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;">In his time, once the gardener of Nawab Ma'ali Parast Khan who was a vizier of Abdullah Qutub Shah, came to Hadhrat Barahna Shah (May Allah Ta'ala shower His mercy on him) and said:<span style=""> </span>Hadhrat!<span style=""> </span>My wife is pregnant.<span style=""> </span>The delivery is very near and I don’t have any money.<span style=""> </span>I am very poor.<span style=""> </span>Frustrated by my poverty, I have come to you.<span style=""> </span>You please Hadith have mercy on me.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;">Hadhrat was in a state of ecstasy at that time and said:<span style=""> </span>Go!<span style=""> </span>Allah Ta'ala will help you.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;">On hearing this, the gardener happily returned home.<span style=""> </span>When he entered his house, he was given the good news that a son had been born.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;">The gardener went outside to dig something and got a cauldron full of gold.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;">He was certain that he had received this ni'mah through the blessings of the prayers of Hadhrat Barahna Shah (May Allah Ta'ala shower His mercy on him).<span style=""> </span>He mentioned this to the vizier as well.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;">The vizier Hadith had 3 wives, but no children.<span style=""> </span>He came to Hadhrat Barahna Shah (May Allah Ta'ala shower His mercy on him) and requested him for children.<span style=""> </span>Hadhrat (May Allah Ta'ala shower His mercy on him) said:<span style=""> </span>The Lord Almighty is going to grant.<span style=""> </span>He gave the nawab a cup of water or some sherbet.<span style=""> </span>The nawab also respectfully drank it immediately.<span style=""> </span>Through the prayers of Hadhrat Barahna Shah, he got children from all 3 of his wives.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;"><b>His passing away:</b></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;">He passed away on 16 Jamadi Ul Awwal.<span style=""> </span>His blessed grave is at the place where he used to stay.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="LTR" style="text-align: left;
