<meta content="text/html; charset=utf-8" http-equiv="Content-Type" /> <meta content="Word.Document" name="ProgId" /> <meta content="Microsoft Word 12" name="Generator" /> <meta content="Microsoft Word 12" name="Originator" /> <link href="file:///C:\DOCUME~1\mohi\LOCALS~1\Temp\msohtmlclip1\01\clip_filelist.xml" rel="File-List" /> <link href="file:///C:\DOCUME~1\mohi\LOCALS~1\Temp\msohtmlclip1\01\clip_themedata.thmx" rel="themeData" /> <link href="file:///C:\DOCUME~1\mohi\LOCALS~1\Temp\msohtmlclip1\01\clip_colorschememapping.xml" rel="colorSchemeMapping" /><style type="text/css">  </style> <p class="MsoNormal">While performing Wuzu we should remember that a body part should be washed before the body part washed prior to it dries up.<span style="">  </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal">If there is something on the body which does not allow water to pass through it (e.g. Wax, ring or any such thing, then that object should be removed, at least loosened and that part of the body should also be wetted.<span style="">  </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal">It is among the etiquette of Wuzu that it should be performed sitting in a high place.<span style="">  </span>If Wuzu is performed while standing, then it is against the etiquette, but is valid.<span style="">  </span>As given in Fatawa A'alamgiri, Vol. 1, Kitab Ut Taharah.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal">Splashing water on the face while performing wuzu is Undesirable (makruh) Because of this, water might be sprayed on to the other people performing wuzu there, as given in Fatawa Alamgiri, Vol I The book of Taharah.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal">Translation: Among the Undesirables (Makroohaat) of wuzu, splashing water on to the face is also included.” We should avoid such an act.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><b style="">A common problem:</b></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal">Nowadays, many people have this problem of leakage after urination.<span style="">  </span>The following are the possible cases and their possible rulings:</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal">There can be 2 cases if a person has leakage after relieving himself.<span style="">  </span>Either it can be the leakage which comes after urine (Wadi) and most of the times, it is that only.<span style="">  </span>This only breaks Wuzu and does not make a bath compulsory.<span style="">  </span>Making a new Wuzu is enough.<span style="">  </span>As given in Fatawa A’alamgiri, Vol 1, Pg No: 9/10.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal">If the leakage is semen, then a bath (Ghusl) becomes compulsory (Wajib) only when it comes out with desire and it “jumps out.”<span style="">  </span>If the person does not have any desire at the time of ejaculation, then according to the Hanafi school of Fiqh, a bath does not become Wajib.<span style="">  </span>For example, somebody lifts a heavy weight and ejaculates, then a bath does not become compulsory.<span style="">  </span>As given in Badai Us Sanai, Vol 1, Pg No: 148.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal">If any person leaks semen when relieving, then if there is any desire and lust at that time, then Ghusl will become Wajib and if there is no desire, then Ghusl will not become Wajib regardless of whether the quantity of semen is more or less.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><b>Sweat and Wuzu:</b><br /> <br /> <br /> Sweat is not filthy as per the Shariah.<span style="">  </span>If the clothes become wet with sweat, there is no need for either Ghusl (Bath) or Wudhu.<span style="">  </span></p>
