JANAZAH AND GHUSL OF DEAD STILL BORN BABY


&nbsp;In the new born baby is still born, but the body is completely formed, then Salaat Ul Janazah will not be performed, but because the child is a human being, the funeral bath is given.&nbsp;&nbsp;If the body/organs are not completely formed, then neither will funeral bath be given nor Salaat Ul Janazah will be offered.<br /> <br /> As given in <span style="color: #993300"><b>(Al Bahr Ur Raiq, Vol. 1, Pg No. 330)<br /> </b></span><br /> <span style="color: #ff0000"><b>Translation:</b></span> If the new born is still born with completely formed body/organs, then Salaat Ul Janazah will not be offered, but out of respect of human beings, funeral bath will not be given.&nbsp;&nbsp;If the body is not completely formed, then neither will funeral bath be given nor Salaat Ul Janazah will be offered.<br />
