MIMBAR IN MASJID PART - 1

The <b>Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam)</b> used to lean on the trunk of a date tree and give the Khutba.&nbsp;&nbsp;When the number of the Sahabah increased, the Sahabah requested the <b>Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam), </b>as given in <span style="color: #993300"><b>(Tabqatul Kubra</b></span>) written by the<i> Muhaddith (Hadith-Expert)</i> of the 2nd and 3rd century Hijri, in which a very lengthy Hadith is mentioned.&nbsp;&nbsp;Note a part of that Hadith.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /> <br /> <span style="color: #ff0000"><b>Translation:&nbsp;&nbsp;</b></span>The Sahabah entreated:&nbsp;&nbsp;O Prophet of Allah SWT <b>(Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam), </b>surely the number of Muslims have increased.&nbsp;&nbsp;How nice it would be if You would use something, that when You stand on it, the people have the honor of seeing it.&nbsp;&nbsp;In another Hadith, the following words are mentioned:<br /> <br /> A Sahabi asked the <b>Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam):&nbsp;&nbsp;</b>O Prophet of Allah SWT <b>(Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam)</b>, is it possible that I construct a Mimbar for You, on which You stand on Friday and address the people and Muslims have the honor of seeing You and You give Your blessed sermon?&nbsp;&nbsp;The Holy Prophet assented and said: Yes. <span style="color: #993300"><b>(Tabaqatul Kubra, Vol 1)</b></span>.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> Apart from this in some Hadith, a woman is mentioned and in some Hadith, the <b>Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa alaihi wa sallam)</b> Himself ordered that a Mimbar be built.<br />
