RECITING DURUD WITHOUT WUZU

Islam teaches cleanliness and purity.&nbsp;&nbsp;For some forms of worship, cleanliness (Taharah) is a condition and for some other forms of worship and recitations and prayers, Wuzu is in included in its manners and declared as commendable.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /> <br /> Thus, for recitations and prayers (Awrad wa Wazaaif) and especially for Durud Shareef, reciting them with Wuzu is commendable and brings greater reward and leads to raising of status.&nbsp;&nbsp;However, reciting Durud without Wuzu is not a sin.<br />
