If this was only for Hadhrat Ali (May Allah be well pleased with him), then Hadhrat Ali (May Allah be well pleased with him) would have said that this order is only for me, but there is nothing like that in any of the canons of Hadith.

There is a Hadith in Sahih Bukhari, Kitabul Adhahi:

Translation of Hadith: It has been narrated on the authority of Hadhrat Anas (May Allah be well pleased with him) : The Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) would perform Qurbani of 2 goats and in His foot steps, I too perform the Qurbani of 2 goats.

Thus, if you perform your own Wajib Qurbani and perform another Qurbani on behalf of the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam), it is a matter of great honor and privilege for you.
