Are attach bathooms allowed

Is building an attach bathroom permitted by the Shariah?

Building an attach bathroom and using it is permissible in light of the Shariah.  While building any bathroom, care should be taken that it (i.e. the toilet seat) does not face the Ka’aba (the direction we face for Salaat) as given in.  As given in Sharh Waqaya Vol. 1, Pg. No. 127.
