Sale of human hair

I live in London and want to start a cosmetic product business, in which artificial human hair are also dealt with.  Can we do this business?  Please answer this question.

Selling human hair is like a humiliation and debasement of human beings, although Allah Ta’ala has placed the crown of superiority and excellence to human beings.  Allah Ta’ala says:

And We have indeed honoured the children of Adam and provided them with (means of transport) over the land and in the sea (i.e. in the cities, deserts, rivers and oceans) and bestowed upon them sustenance out of clean and pure things. And We have exalted them above most of Our creation by conferring on them superiority.  Surah Isra (17:70)

'Allama Alauddin Haskafi and Allama Ibn Abideen Shaami Naqshbandi (May Allah shower His mercy on them) have clarified that in light of the superiority and excellence of human beings, the Shariah has decreed buying and selling of human hair as impermissible.  However, business of artificial hair is permissible.  Thus, you should not include products of human hair in our product line.  As given in Al Hidayah, Vol. 3, Pg. No. 55.

And Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala) knows best.
