Dua to save ourselves from lewd gazing


The Hadith have warnings about lewd gazing and ogling.  It is really appreciable that you have the enthusiasm to protect yourself from lewd gazing and sins.  To save yourself from sins, please recite the following verse from Surah Alaq with contemplation of its meaning:

Transliteration:  Alam Ya’alam Binnallaha Yaraa  (Surah Alaq-14)

May Allah, for the sake of the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi w a sallam) guide you and all Muslims to avoid and refrain from sins.
