The radiance of the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) in Hadhrat Adam (May peace be upon him)

When Hadhrat Adam (May peace be upon him) started having children, from one pregnancy he would get 2 children, but Hadhrat Sheeth (May peace be upon him) was born all alone.  This was because the radiance of the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) had been transferred to Hadhrat Sheeth (May peace be upon him).  Almighty Allah didn’t like including anyone in this honor.

The first will of Hadhrat Adam (May peace be upon him)

When the time of the demise of Hadhrat Adam (May peace be upon him) came, he told Hadhrat Sheeth (May peace be upon him): Listen son!  The radiance of the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) is with you.  Transfer it into pure, chaste women through lawful means.

After this, each father in the whole ancestral line of the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) would instruct his son that the radiance of the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) should be transferred to pure women through lawful means.  For this reason, the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) has said:  Almighty Allah has transferred me from pure backs into pure wombs.

The second will of Hadhrat Adam (May peace be upon him)

Hadhrat Adam (May peace be upon him) would always describe the excellence of the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam).  Once Hadhrat Sheeth (May peace be upon him) asked his father, Hadhrat Adam:  Father!  All the time, you are describing the excellence of Hadhrat Muhammad (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam).  Is He more distinguished than you are?  Hadhrat Adam (May peace be upon him) replied:  Son!  Hadhrat Muhammad (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) has a very great status.  Just listen to the excellence of His Ummah:

(1)  Hadhrat Adam (May peace be upon him):

Son!  What can I say?  I erred only once and Almighty Allah removed me from paradise.

The Ummah of Hadhrat Muhammad (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam):

In spite of many transgressions, Allah Most High will bring them into paradise.

(2)  Hadhrat Adam (May peace be upon him):

Because of just 1 slip-up of mine, the Lord Almighty said:  “Adam disobeyed” and had this sounded out far and wide.

The Ummah of Hadhrat Muhammad (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam):

In spite of their thousands of sins, Allah Most High will not defame them.

(3)  Hadhrat Adam (May peace be upon him):

I erred only once and Hawwa (May peace be upon her) was separated from me for 100 years.

The Ummah of Hadhrat Muhammad (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam):

In spite of the innumerable major and minor sins, Almighty Allah will not separate this Ummah from its friends.

(4)  Hadhrat Adam (May peace be upon him):

Just for one slip-up, I have cried for a 100 years.

The Ummah of Hadhrat Muhammad (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam):

The moment, this Ummah feels regret on their sins, they will all be forgiven.

(5)  Hadhrat Adam (May peace be upon him):

Due to only one slip-up, the garments of paradise were removed from my body and I was denuded.

The Ummah of Hadhrat Muhammad (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam):

In spite of the innumerable sins of this Ummah, the Lord Almighty will not strip them.

(6)  Hadhrat Adam (May peace be upon him):

To accept my repentance, I was called to the plain of ‘Arafaat.

The Ummah of Hadhrat Muhammad (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam):

This Ummah doesn’t even need to step out of their houses.  Even if they express their regret wherever they are, their repentance is accepted.
