The grandfather and the uncle of the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam)

The marriage of the great grandfather of the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam), Hadhrat Hashim was performed in the family of Banu Najjaar.  He had one son whose name was Shaiba but became famous as Abdul Muttalib.  He was very honorable and the arrangements of the Ka'aba were his responsibility.  After Hadhrat Ibrahim (Peace be upon him), the well of Zam Zam had become unusable.  He again made it usable.  Almighty Allah granted him 10 sons, a few of whom are:

Hadhrat Hamza, Hadhrat Abbas, Hadhrat Abdullah (May Allah be well pleased with them), Hadhrat Abu Talib and Abu Lahab.

I am the one with 2 sacrifices

Hadhrat Abdul Muttalib had made an oath to sacrifice one of his sons if he got the well of Zam Zam.  As per another narration, he had taken a pledge that if Allah Ta’ala granted him 10 sons, he would sacrifice one of them.  As per his wish, he had 10 sons.  For sacrifice, lots were drawn and each time the name of Hadhrat Abdullah came up.  However, when the family members, relatives and others insisted, what he did was that first lots would be drawn between 10 camels and Hadhrat Abdullah.  As long as the name Hadhrat Abdullah kept coming up, 10 camels would be increased and lots would be drawn continuously.  At last 100 camels came up in the lots and Hadhrat Abdullah was saved from being sacrificed.  (Seerat Halbiya, Vol. 1, Pg. No. 35/36)

That's the reason the Holy Prophet has said: I am the one with 2 sacrifices.  (Subul Ul Huda War Rashad, Vol. 1, Pg. No. 302)

Two years after the demise of Hadhrat Amina (May Allah be well pleased with her), Hadhrat Abdul Muttalib too passed away when the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) was aged 8 years.

Hadhrat Abu Talib:

After the demise of His grandfather, The Holy Prophet's (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) uncle Hadhrat Abu Talib got the honor of serving the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam).  He loved the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) more than his own children.  He took great care of Him and never let him suffer in any way.  The life of Hadhrat Abu Talib was one of poverty, but due to service to the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam), affluence became his destiny and he became rich and wealthy.
