By the blessings of the feet of the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi Wa sallam) and after listening to His words from, Uhud felt contented and stopped

The battle of Uhud took place at the foot of the same mountain.  The total number of Muslim soldiers was 700 hundred, among which the armored Sahaba [companions of the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) were just 100 in number.  The army of Quraish consisted of 3000 soldiers, among which 700 were armored soldiers.  The total number of Sahaba (May Allah Ta’ala be well pleased with them) who were martyred were 70 whereas 30 persons from the group of followers of Falsehood were killed to dwell forever in the Hell.

Passionate belief (Imaan) of an Ansari Sahabiya (lady companion)

The hypocrites spread the rumor that the Holy Prophet is martyred.  An Ansari Sahabiya (May Allah Ta’ala be well pleased with her) started advancing towards Uhud from Madina.  On the way, someone informed her of the martyrdom of her father.  In reply, she said:  First I want to see how the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) is."  Again she was informed about the martyrdom of her brother and husband.  Each time, she just inquired about the health of the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam).  When she was informed that the Holy Prophet is fine, she said:  Let me have a glimpse of the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi Wa sallam).   After she had had the opportunity of seeing Him (Sallallahu alaihi Wa sallam), she (May Allah Ta’ala be well pleased with her) expressed her contentment and said: Oh Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi Wa sallam)! If you are well and fine then every difficulty is painless.
