The person who loves Surah Ikhlaas will enter paradise

It is narrated on the authority of Hadhrat Anas (May Allah be well pleased with him) that a Companion said:  O Prophet of Allah!  I have great love for this Surah, Qul Huwallahu Ahad….  The Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) said:  Your love for this Surah will enter you into paradise.

This is related by Tirmidhi and Bukhari has also related in the same way.

For those who want to enter paradise

It is narrated on the authority of Hadhrat Abu Hurairah (May Allah be well pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) heard a Companion reciting the Surah of Qul Huwallahu Ahad…and said:  It has become compulsory for him.  I asked:  What has become compulsory?  The Prophet said:  Paradise has become compulsory (in lieu of reciting Surah Qul Huwallahu Ahad

This is related by Imam Malik, Tirmidhi and Nasai.

It is narrated on the authority of Hadhrat Anas (May Allah be well pleased with him), he relates from the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) that He said: When a person retires to the bed (for sleeping) and lies on his (or her) right side and recites Surah Ikhlaas 100 times, then on the Day of Judgment, Allah Most High will say to that person:  O My worshipper!  Enter paradise from your right side.

This is related by Tirmidhi.

The scholars have written that when one gets to know a Hadith about the excellence of doing something, one should act upon it at least once in a lifetime.  (Mirqaat)

Recitation of Surah Ikhlaas wipes out sins

It is narrated on the authority of Hadhrat Anas (May Allah be well pleased with him), he says that the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) said: For the person who recites Surah Ikhlaas 200 times every day, sins of 50 years are forgiven.  However, if that person owes something to somebody, the sin of that will not be forgiven (if that person has not repaid the debt and has died before instructing his/her heirs to pay it).

This is related by Tirmidhi and Daarimi.

Daarimi relates:  For the person who recites Surah Ikhlaas 50 times daily, 50 years’ sins are forgiven.  The sin of debt is not mentioned in this Hadith.

The Surah which makes palaces in paradise for its reciter

Sa’eed bin Al Musayyib (May Allah be well pleased with them) narrates directly from the Prophet (a Mursal Hadith) that the person who recites Surah Ikhlaas 10 times, a palace will be constructed for that person in paradise.  For the person who recites it 20 times, 2 palaces are constructed.  For the person who recites it 30 times, 3 palaces are constructed.

On hearing this, Hadhrat ‘Umar bin Khattab (May Allah be well pleased with him) said:  By Allah, o Prophet of Allah!  Like this people will get many palaces built.  The Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) said:  The Mercy of Allah Most High is even greater.
