Relations with non-Muslims - Teachings of the Prophet of Mercy(Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam)

 Muslims benefit the non-Islamic country in which they live

The very existence of Muslims in any non-Islamic country is to benefit that country.  The natives of that country don’t face any hurt or harm because of Muslims.  Muslims neither create nor support any mischief in the country.  This is because Almighty Allah says:

كُنتُمْ خَيْرَ أُمَّةٍ أُخْرِجَتْ لِلنَّاسِ

You are the best community brought forth for (the guidance of) mankind: you enjoin righteousness, forbid evil and believe in Allah.[1]

There is no discrimination between Muslims and non-Muslims here.  This verse of the Holy Quran shows that non-Muslims receive much benefit from Muslims.
