THE MATCHLESS PROPHET

Imam Suyuti (May Allah shower His mercy on him) has related a Hadith in Khasais ul Kubra on the authority of Baihaqi, Sabuni, Khateeb and Ibn e Asakar. Hadhrat Abbas (May Allah be well pleased with him) narrates that he told the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam): O Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam), a sign of Your Prophethood made me embrace Islam. I saw You in Your cradle. You would talk to the moon. Wherever You would point Your hand, the moon would move there. The Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) said, I talked to it and it talked to Me. It played with Me. When it would prostrate under the ‘Arsh, I would hear the sound of its falling.”
