Question:     In the Kalima Tayyaba, what is being negated and what is being affirmed?

Answer:     In the Declaration of Faith (Kalima Tayyaba), every kind of false godhood has been negated.  Fire, earth, sun, stars and whatever else is wrongly worshipped, all these have negated.  That Almighty Allah is the only One worthy of being worshipped is affirmed.  He is only One who should be worshipped and we should be obedient to Him alone.

And Allah Most High knows best.
