f:855 -    What if no time to bathe after Sehri

Question:     If we are unclean when we get up for Sehri, can we bathe in Fajr, as there is not enough time to bathe and then have Sehri?

Answer:     Fasting is to stay away from eating and sex from sunrise and sunset.

If a bath becomes Wajib at the time of Sehri (Pre-Dawn meal), you may have the Sehri before bathing.  However, it is Fardh (obligatory) to bathe and offer Salaat Ul Fajr.  It is impermissible to postpone the Ghusl.

And Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala) knows best.
