Answer:     The meaning of the verse that you asked is:

Allah is Sufficient for us and what an excellent Guardian He is!  (Surah Ale Imran, 3:173)

This verse shows that Allah Most High is more than sufficient to fulfill our needs.  Whatever we get through material sources is in fact due to the benevolence of Almighty Allah.
