f:756 -    Brother and sister joking with each other

Question:     Is it a sin if a brother and sister don't talk much with each other and don't joke with each other?

Answer:     There is no problem in it and it is not a sin.  As relatives, brothers and sisters (blood brothers and sisters) should be cheerful with each other.  Joking without cheating of any kind is permissible.  However, in joking the limits of Shariah and moderation should not be crossed.
