f:687 -    Does Wuzu break due to infants urine

Question:     Sometimes infants urinate in our laps and the urine runs over our hand as well.  In this situation, what should we do?  If we are with Wuzu, do we have to re-perform our Wuzu?

Answer:     Wudhu is not rendered invalid because of any external uncleanliness.  Thus, washing the part which has been dirtied with urine is enough, re-performing the Wudhu is not necessary.  As given in Hidayah, Kitab Ut Taharah.

And Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala) knows best.
