Question:     Can we marry the daughter/son of the father?s sister?  Please answer to this question.

Answer:     In light of the Shariah, marriage with the son/daughter of the father’s sister is permissible.  After describing in detail those relations with whom marriage is impermissible, Allah Ta’ala says:

Apart from them, marriage with all other women is lawful for you.  Surah Nisa (3:24)

The children of the father’s sister are not in this list, thus marriage with them is permissible.

And Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala) knows best.
