Question: I saw an Islamic calendar in the market, in which there was a special section for "Evil days." Are these days inauspicious for Muslims too? I have heard that on these days black magic is at its peak and in these days, people get affected very much. ............................................................................
Answer: Islam has no concept of inauspiciousness and no day is inauspicious or unlucky. Taking any day as inauspicious or unlucky is totally against the teachings of Islam. If we follow the Islamic laws, be regular in our Salaat, always remain with ablution (Wudhu) and follow the path of the pious elders, then we will remain safe from harm.
