Answer:     There is a Hadith:

Translation of Hadith: It has been narrated on the authority of Hadhrat Abu Hurairah (May Allah be well pleased with him) ………… the adultery of the eyes is lewd gazing.  (Sahih Muslim, Hadith No. 6925)

And Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala) knows best.
