Question:     I am in love with a guy and I always think about that guy. Can I do Istikhara?

Answer:     Istikhara is performed in those matters in which one can’t decide what to do.  In the matter which you have described, Istikhara is not performed.  Maintaining relations with a non-Mahram man, having thoughts of love with him is not at all permissible for a Muslim woman/girl.  You please marry as per the precepts of Islam.
