Question:     I'm stuck in bad habits and cannot concentrate.  Plz help me out.

Answer:     You please be regular in your Salaat.  If you are not married, then marry at the earliest.  Make efforts to acquire Islamic knowledge, rules and regulations and try to act upon them.  Recite Durud as much as you can.  May Allah Most High grant you solace, concentration and peace of heart.

And Allah Most High knows best.
