Answer: While giving Zakaat, it is necessary that the person to whom Zakaat is being given should be made the absolute owner of the amount. In giving Zakaat to Madarsas, this ownership is found in the sense that the management of the Madarsa is the representative of the children studying in the Madarsa. They receive the money and spend it on the needs of children. The children are the absolute owners of the money. And Allah Most High knows best.
