Question: The railway department gives the facility to their employees that they can travel along with their family members for free. For this they are given a special pass. Can someone pose their other family members as their wife, mother, etc. and use the special pass for free travel? What does Islam say about this? ............................................................................
Answer: Posing others as one’s wife, mother, etc is cheating and deception. Thus, in this case people who are using the special pass without being entitled to it should refrain from doing so.
