Question: When Hadhrat Aurangzeb (May Allah shower His mercy on him) would visit the graves and greet the deceased with Salaam, would he hear the Salaam of the deceased? ............................................................................
Answer: Hadhrat Aurangzeb (May Allah shower His Mercy on him) was not only a just ruler, but also a very pious and great saint. It can be that when he greeted the deceased with Salaam, as a miracle, he would hear the return Salaam of the deceased, however, such a tradition has not been mentioned in any authoritative book.
