f:156 -    Reciting Fatiha
Country : India,
Name : submittername

Question:
What would be the reply to the person who says that reciting Fatiha and going to Dargah is Shirk?

.....................................................................................................................................
Answer:
Fatiha is in reality gifting of reward to others (Isaale Sawaab) and is established by the Hadith and visiting graves is a Sunnah.  Declaring what is established by the Sunnah to be wrong is either ignorance or disobeying the Shariah.  This in itself is a sin and invites the displeasure of Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala).  Calling this as Shirk is trying to slander Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala).

And Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala) knows best.
