f:19 - Surah Fatiha in Tashahud

Question: If a person recites Surah Fatiha after tashahud instead of Durood Ibrahim in the last qaida, what should that person do?

Answer:
There are 3 possible cases here:
1. If after reciting tashahud, somebody mistakenly recites Surah Fatiha in the last rakaat, then sajdah sahw is not compulsory (Wajib) for that person.
2. If a person recites Surah Fatiha instead of the tashahud, then sajdah sahw is compulsory.
3. In the same way, if first Surah Fatiha is recited, then tashahud, sajdah sahw becomes compulsory.
