f:18 - Reciting Surah Fatiha instead of Tashahud

Question: If a person recites Surah Fatiha after tashahud instead of Durood Ibrahim in the last qaida, what should that person do?

Answer:
There are 3 possible cases here:
(1) If somebody mistakenly recites Surah Fatiha after reciting the Tashahud in the final sitting, then it is not Imperative (Wajib) on that person to perform Sajda Sahw on that person.
(2) If a person recites Surah Fatiha instead of the Tashahud, then performing the Sajdah Sahw is Imperative.
(3) In the same way, if the individual first recites Surah Fatiha and recites the Tashahud after that, performing Sajdah Sawh is Imperative.
