Using cups of non-Muslims in MNC

I work in an MNC.  Here all the employees are non-Muslim.  Our company provides tea for all employees daily.  Can I drink tea in those cups?  They are cleaned each time before serving tea.  Please guide me.

The Shariah has prohibited from having the animal slaughtered by the non-Muslim.  It does not prohibit from using the utensils, which are used for eating/drinking purposes.  Yes, the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) has ordered us to wash those utensils before using, in which wine or pork is served, as given in the Hadith in Jame’ Tirmidhi:

Translation:  It is narrated on the authority of Hadhrat Abu Tha’laba (May Allah be well pleased with him), he says:  The Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) was asked about the vessels of the fire-worshippers.  He (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) said:  Clean them by washing and cook in them.  (Jame’ Tirmidhi, Vol. 1, Pg. No. 284, Hadith No. 1650)

If the cups used in your company are not used for wine or pork or other forbidden things by the non-Muslims, you can use them.  There is no harm in it.

And Allah knows best.
